Daido Roller Chain
D.I.D Standard Drive Chain is available in 14 sizes ranging from RC25 to RC240. All are in conformity with JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards) and ANSI (American National Standard Institute) standards. D.I.D Standard Drive Chain exceeds ANSI Standard with these features: strict adherances to statistical process control standards; uniformly consistent heat treated parts; shot-peened Parts for metal fatigue resistance; solid rollers offering maximum chain life; factory pre-stretching eliminating initial stretch; vacuum pre-lubrication with long lasting D.I.D "S" grease to insure uniform penetration of lubricant with semi-clear appearance; automated quality control to assure the highest quality; and ultra tough XT Power Link implemented as D.I.D standard connecting link.
Daido New Tech Roller Chain is designed for particularly demanding drive train applications. Each of the four series of D.I.D. New Tech Chain provides excellent solutions: D.I.D. ultimate power chain series for uses needing extra strength, shock load, and fatigue resistance; D.I.D. ultimate life chain series where applications involve contaminants or lack of lubrication; D.I.D. environment resistant chain for use in extreme environments; and D.I.D. low noise chain series for use in chain conveyor and drive applications.
