Techtop is the brand name for electrical products manufactured by the Shanghai Top Motor Co., Ltd., one of the leading motor manufacturers in China.
Techtop’s main products include a range of single and three phase electric motors, permanent magnet motor, water pumps, generators, generating sets and others. The company has obtained ISO9001 Certificate and its products have Certificates of CSA (CUS), UL, CE, and CCC.
All Techtop motors are protected with high quality insulation and are given double vacuum impregnaion with a high temperature “H” class non-hygroscopic varnish. Techtop motors are also equipped with spike resistant paper between phases. These features mean motors with reliability and inverter compatibility.
Techtop motors include a “Value” line of both 3-phase and single phase motors in aluminum, cast iron or rolled steel; a “Premium” line of high efficiency motors; “Severe Duty” IEEE 841 compliant motors; “Pump” JP and JM; “Crusher Duty,” “Oil Well” High Slip motors.
Techtop’s Asynchronous Electric Motors (MS series) feature aluminum housing. Three-phase asynchronous motors have good performance, safety and reliable operation, nice appearance, and can be maintained very conveniently, while with low noise, little vibration and at the same time light weight and simple construction. this series motors can be used for general drive.
Techtop’s Asynchronous Electric Motor with DC Brake (MSBCC Series) features enclosed construction, and is externally ventilated. The brake-motors
of the MSBCCL series result from coupling an asynchronous three-phase motor and an electromagnetic D.C. brake unit. Due to their reliability and operating safety, as well as their quick braking time, they are suitable for a great variety of applications, such as: braking of loads or torques on the driving shaft; braking of rotating masses to reduce any lost-time; braking operations to increase the set-up precision; and braking of machine parts, according to safety rules.
