As the largest independent importer of electric motors in the USA, WorldWide Electric Corporation sells electric motors, motor controls and shaft mount / worm gear reducers from an extensive inventory at factory-direct prices. WorldWide Electric Corporation is headquartered in  Pittsford, New York and has been a privately held partnership/corporation since 1998.

Electric motor products from Worldwide Electric range from 1 through 500 horsepower, all RPM’s and all voltages, and are available in TEFC and/or explosive-proof enclosures.

Product lines carried by Worldwide Electric include but are not limited to standard T and TC frame TEFC motors, standard T and TC frame explosion-proof motors, rock crushers motors, high torque conveyor and shaker screen motors, hydraulic power unit motors, oil well pumping motors, close coupled pump motors, vertical shaft motors and a full line of fractional 56C frame motors.

In 2011 WorldWide Electric reached a long-term agreement with Hyundai Heavy Industries to be the exclusive master distributor and representative for Hyundai’s low-voltage electric motor line for North America. The product line includes Premium Efficient TEFC, IEEE-841, IEC aluminum frame, IEC cast iron, marine duty, and explosion proof motors.

Premium Efficiency Motors – "The Little Green Monster™" - are available in rigid base, rigid base - factory F2 mount, c-face - rigid base, rigid base - factory short shaft, and rigid base - 575 volt. All models feature TEFC enclosure; 1.15 service factor; class F insulation; premium efficiency; and are suitable for 50 Hz operation.

Worldwide Electric also offers a full line of Hyundai Crown Triton Series Premium Efficiency Motors: Rigid Base; Rigid Base - Part-Winding Start (PWS); C-Face-Rigid Bse - Factory F2 Mount;  Rigid Base - Factory Short Shart; and Rigid Base 575 Volt. All feature TEFC enclosure; Dual rated service factor - 1.15 for 40°C / 1.0 for 65°C; Class F insulation; premium efficiency (defined as meeting or exceeding EISA 2007 requirements; cast iron frame and conduit box; and double drilled eet to accomodate mounting flexibility.

Worldwide Electric's Shaft Mount Reducers are machined from high grade steel and protected with metal reinforced double lip spring loaded oil seals. The Worldwide Electric Reducers are available in sizes 2-9 and ratios 15:1 and 25:1. All gears are manufactured from high grade steel, case hardened and precision ground to AGMA standards. Every shaft mount unit includes torque arm. Housings are made from industrial grade all-cast iron for protection. Worldwide Electric also carries a full line of accessories.
