Do you do over-the-counter sales and what are your business hours?

Yes, E. B. Atmus does retail sales. We are open Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5 PM.

E. B. Atmus Co. sends out an eNewsletter to both our Domestic and Export customers approximately four times a year. What if I need a replacement part, but I don’t know the manufacturer or part number?

Using the Browse and Shop box located on every page of ebatmus.com, you can search for a part using keywords, for example: bearing; roller bearing; etc. If you can’t find the part you need, call or email us and we will be happy to help you find what you’re looking for.

What if I know the manufacturer, but don’t have a part number?

You can navigate directly to the manufacturer’s page (if the manufacturer you are looking for is not listed on our website, call or email us for information) and by clicking on a product category or individual product, get additional information directly from the manufacturer’s website without leaving ebatmus.com.  If you can’t find the part you need, call or email us and we will be happy to help you find what you’re looking for.

Does E. B. Atmus service, fix or install bearings or other parts?

No, E. B. Atmus does not provide these services. However, we can help you find a replacement for your damaged part or we may be able to refer you to a provider of the service you require. Call or email us with your questions.

How do I get a quote from E. B. Atmus?

Call us Toll-Free (in the US + PR) at 800-666-6761 or 413-736-4551 if you are calling from outside the U.S. OR use the Contact Us form to email us and one of our knowledgeable salespeople will respond to your request within 1-2 business days.

How do I order from E. B. Atmus?

You can order from E. B. Atmus online, by phone, by fax, or over the counter.

What forms of payment do you accept?

E. B. Atmus accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, Wire Transfer, and Purchase Order (with a pre-approved account) for payment.

How do I open an account?

Download our Credit Application Form, complete and fax it back to us to the fax number included on the form. If you have trouble downloading the form, please call or email us and we will fax or email you a form. It usually takes 2-5 business days for credit approval.

What are your Terms and Conditions?

Where can I find technical information/specifications for a specific part?

Links on the individual Manufacturers’ pages will take you directly to the relevant page on the Manufacturer’s website where you can access technical specifications for a specific part without leaving the E. B. Atmus website. If you cannot find a link for the specifications you are looking for, call or email us and we will help you find the information you need.

Domestic Shipping:

When (or How) will I find out what the shipping cost for my order will be?

If you need a shipping/freight quote, just request one when you place your order and we will email you a quote within 1-2 business days after your order is received by E. B. Atmus.

What shipping services do you use?

Most of our shipping is done through United Parcel Service.

Can I get tracking information on my shipment?

Yes, tracking numbers can be provided the next business day. Simply request a tracking number when you place your order and we will email or fax it to you.

Does E. B. Atmus charge a handling fee?

Yes, E. B. Atmus charges a $6 handling fee on orders with a product total of less than $25.

International Shipping:

When (or How) will I find out what the shipping cost for my order will be?

Where will my product be shipped from?

Most of our products are shipped from E. B. Atmus Co., Inc. Manufacturers do not export on our behalf.

Does E. B. Atmus charge a handling fee on international orders?

Yes, E. B. Atmus charges a $50 (USD) handling fee on export orders with a total product value of less than $100 (USD).
